Additional Fees & Charges
First Revision Fee – each client will receive one free revision for any of the floor plan services.
Additional Revisions Fee – each additional set of revisions is subject to a $50 charge per set of revisions.
Rush Fee – Optimum will provide you with a personalized quote for a rush service if requested (please reach out, we are happy to meet any personalized needs).
Late Cancellation Fee – there is a $100 late cancellation fee if a client cancels a service with less than 24 hours’ notice to
