Sergio Lousada
Drafting Technician
Sergio Lousada is from Brazil and moved to Canada in 2020 with his wife and children, Daniel and Olívia. Passionate about music, he plays piano and is always scoping out keyboards and new sounds. With a bachelor's degree in architecture, Sergio has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing projects for commercial and residential clients, including all manner of floor plans. He used to hand sketch his projects until he started creating realistic images for architecture projects in 3D. Sergio brings some serious talent to Optimum Floor Plan Designs.
